This thing lets you rip all the radio tracks off of the PS2 disc to .wav files :01:
The site is in German but the tool is in English,so that's cool.

Does anyone know a way to use this program so that you can have music on a d/led san andreas. I have the ps2 version, and wish for my pc to have the radio stations.

Did you get a ripped copy?
If so, then get the ISO off a torrent site instead. Ripped copies are only good for previewing a game without having to download all the movies and stuff.
