Unknown extension: *.pp

Hi guys.

I've installed a game on my pc and the the install folder is full of .pp files.
Only problem is I don't know what kind of files they are...
Google hasn't helped me on this issue (it only finds .php , .pdf and .ppd files).

Does anyone know what they are and how to open them?

There are .exe files, but I need to edit some of the .pp files for teh crack to work... ;)

oh, does ythe crack instructions say any specific program to open them, or just say to edit certain lines.
If it's certain lines then open notepad and click file>open and point to the file you need to edit.
