What's a good News Group that has SNES, N64, etc..., ROMs on it? :unsure:

just about every nintendo rom released. all nintendo systems, includes all languages, all test builds, free downloads, no signup required, and voting is optional :D

seriously tho, vote, the site deserves it ;)

edit: i know it doesn't involve news groups, spare me the flames :P

Project 64 is the one that I've had the best luck with, along with the best plugings. 1964 is supposed to be pretty good too.

i never even had to configure PJ64 (only the controls)
and them jabo plugins are by far the bast so far

That's a list of all the n64 emulator's and their descriptions.

If you look around the site, it also has other consoul emulators if your looking at a bunch of different roms.

The best plugin by far is Glide64.

Maybe someone can explain to me why my PG64 will only run on 16 bit but not on 32 bit though...

It does, it's just your plugin that your using might need to be configered. Download Glide64 (http://www.emuxhaven.net/~glide64/) with the Hacktarux's Glide Wrapper (http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?t=20087&page=1&pp=15)

Put Glide64.dll in your plugins folder, and then put Glide3x.dll in your System32 folder.

glide64.dll + glide64.ini: plugins folder
glide3x.dll: PJ64 folder
