HOSTS files

Ok, I think we can say that the Supertrick XG project has died.
Nothing has been done since the lower stone age.

So can anyone direct me to a similar project, which is regularily maintained?
Although my HOSTS file is big enough, having more won't hurt ;)

i tried that HOST list thing
i installed it correctly
just never worked for me :(

i was still able to go to sites on the list

Im currently weeding out invalid entries from the SXG, then merging it with some others I found, then weeding out duplicates before finally submitting the current HOSTS to the above url

thanx - there are plenty of programs that can
find or compare files and simplify the swap, removal etc of duplicates etc

Yeah, you just reminded me to re-dload Beyond Compare ;)
It takes a fuggen long time to check all these servers...maybe in a week or two, I will have all the useless ones weeded out :lol:
