Same Computer New Prob

My computer keeps restarting over and over again for like 3 or 4 times before it finally loads windows, can anyone help with this thanx.

ASUS A7N8X-E Motherboard
1 Gig Pc3200 (DDR 400) Ram
200 Gig Seagate H.D.
Geforce Fx 5200 256MB Vid Card
Athlon Xp Mobile 2500+ CPU (Runs at Wrong Speed)
Volcano 12 CPU Fan

Didn't you read in your other thread that the CPU and motherboard you have are incompatible?
