Is it possible for Nero to burn bins without the cues?
Sorry if this has been asked already...

yes, just like you would with the cue
recorder > burn image > then in the drop down box chose all files, then pick your bin

a box will then pop up, don't change anything and hit ok
burn

My cds are 700mb
Nero says the 800mb files wont fit!

Well it should.

The 800mb .bin will already have the error correction built in so it will fit easily onto a 700mb CDR.

The instructions that much gave always work fine for me.

When Nero says correct or ignore which option do I chose?

Sometimes Nero gives me errors like that.

I think that at times it may be to do with the media. I always click ignore and it burns fine anyway.

I said a box will pop up, just hit ok
ok=ignore

Well, the disk just pops out
Nero wont do it

I've tried a few different CDs
Phillips CD-R80 48*/700mb

and

Maxmax
1-48x Cd-R 80min 700mb

You don't write it to a virtual drive, when Nero said it's writing to disk, it means your hard disk - it's creating the image file.

When you see the select recorder box, make sure you select your CD writer drive.

If the methods described above don't work and you tried different media, then it must be something to do with the file as it's never failed for me. Creating a cue would be pointless as all that does is points the burner to the file.

Have you tried alcohol yet?

Samurai, pretty sure it was Nero ... Windows burner doesn't create .nrg files.

Oh I know that. .nrg is purely nero, but

only happens when you try and move a file into the burner drive (such as E:)

try it. you'll see what i mean ;)
