Adblock Trick - disable/enable

This may be old to you but it is new to me...

Simply press CTRL SHIFT B to disable or enable it

do you know of a way to get rid of the adblock icon in the corner. The right corner of firefox is so full with extensions.

mine only has the "adblock" in bottom right.
I'm sure what you want is possible, but i have no clue, youll probably have to edit the extensions.
