Update 7, not sure where to get it, but it shouldnt be hard to find.

Okay I've made about 20 threads about Hl2 Deathmatch. All you had to do was go to the search button and type in "Hl2 Deathmatch". Or less than 3 minutes of thread searching. Also look at the Emporio forums. I have not gotten Half Life 2 Deathmatch to work, I had to download it from steam to get 'er to work.

is it JUST deathmatch? is there other game types? like CTF or mission ? or are they still working on something like that?

I've never heard of anyone getting deathmatch to work on anything that isnt a hacked version of steam. I've tried about everything, and nothing else works. No updates will work for you. And now since there is the new Valve protection, getting DM wont do anything for you because you wont be able to play online, and that is the whole point of DM.
