Been having this debate with a couple of people over the past few of days. Knowing all the wise people that visit this board, I thought I'd ask your opinions.
Question: What is the dodgiest area in (or around) Glasgow?
a. Royston
b. Springburn
c. Possil
d. Drumchapel
e. Ferguslie Park

I've heard bad things about Easterhouse Estate and Cumbernauld.
Not sure they're actual areas tho'

Cumbernauld is alright though...
Just thought of another; Gallowgate/Trongate at certain times...

Gallowgate was the one I was trying to remember but couldn't think of it.
I'm just going by what they say on football websites, I've not been to Glasgow. Edinburgh is nice tho'

Byres road is the Glasgow Uni student area. Could be considered dodgy.
City centre OK. :) Outside of that it would depend what time of the day and what you were doing or looking for. :)

Yes, I should like to go to Glasgow at some point, seems a quality place from what I've read.
I only went to Edinburgh instead to meet up with Spider dude, unfortunately he was away - roaming around the country in a caravan with his 10 kids according to some locals. He's got travelling in his blood, that one.

I like Govan, it's not that bad. People are really nice there. You just don't want to be around when Rangers are playing..
What about Balornock?

Glasgow is magic, fairly different from edinburger in my opinion. :)

You just don't want to be around when Rangers are playing..I agree, 18 months ago McLeish had them playing some decent stuff, now they're fecking rubbish.

I think most similar places are like that. If you make the effort to fit in and not be a flash bar steward then it's all cool.
I think that pretty much sums up all of our country, nicely put sir. :)
