Do you enjoy it?
Giving it?

Recieving it?
Guilt can so often turn into regret....which is destructive.
Therefore I avoid guilt.

as in giving or recieving presents as the rusults of a guilt trip?
recieving. i'll feel guilty but not stupid when i put 2+2 together
@Zara : agreed but why do humans still persist in this self infliction?
@TheDave : exactly - i give u a prezzy & you feel obligated to give back(well...ok maybe not you..) - it is the rule of "the gift".
I think it is a result of mere awarness of the "others" - I don't know how much religion has to do with this (but it seems somewhere written to be the cause) unless your of course a .............
