Blue Cheese.

Pref. Cabrales Los Picos or Roquefort, though Fourme d' Ambert or Stilton in Port are

fine too.

Ohh, almost forgot Gorgonzola, wich i loooove on my pizza.

And if i'm really poor, i'll take Danish Blue.

I put blue cheese in my salad, in my spinach, in my cheesefondue, on rye, fill meatballs

with it and i do a mean Roquefort-TequillaSauce, wich is especially nice with BBQ.

I like Danish blue. But I find it expensive. That proves I must be poor. :(

I like Danish Blue too.

But it is the cheapest of all blue cheeses....(Average 11-13 euro a kilo).

The cabrales and best roqueforts between 18-25 euro.

But i actually buy my Blue Cheese at the market near where Fre works now.

It's a stand where all the goods are allmost out of date.

3 expensive foreign cheeses, about 1 kilo(!) for 5 euro!!!! :01:

And they also sell these fancy fruityoghurts for 1/3 of the price!!! :01:

I just tried to mail you a parcel, but it was refused at the postoffice, due

to the smell............. :crying:

Grtz,
