Yea, I was gonna try that out but the trial only allows a 5 minutes conversion. And andr.net doesnt help me out :shifty:

I use PocketDivXEncoder (http://divx.ppccool.com/) to convert video for my palm. I don't think it's free, but it shouldn't be hard to fix that.
