War is never an answer, it is only a consequence.

The pictures are a salutory lesson for those that think only of smoke and glory when all too often it is not they or theirs who bear the cost.

Sadly, there is no easy way out now.

What a buch of bullshit. I saw that guy in the first picture in a looong interview on Fox News over Christmas, and he was proud of the work he had done in Iraq, had surprisingly no regrets but that he isn't still able to serve and help in the war. Democrats using his picture is pitiful. This guy would be ashamed to see his picture there.

Perhaps you agree with the war (they are looking for volunteers BTW....). Perhaps you like Rumsfield. I understand this.

Do you honestly believe that there has been no incompetence in the handling of this war and there should be no accountability ?
