a lot of sound card drivers now come with an equalizer...
what sound card do you have?

huh?
even my ooooooooool ass VIA KM266 chipset had a multimedia control panel for its on board audio
nVidia has one too...at least as far back as the nForce2 chipset

check your chipset, go to their website, see if theres an audio driver update...
should come with some sort of multimedia control panel

-edit- if youre runnin an nVidia chipset...
teh nVmixer is really nice :)

yeah it does, but it doesnt really use a lot of resource, so i leave it alone
about 5 MB of RAM, but im runnin 1.25 GB, so i can afford it
plus i like havin it in the tray so i can tweak it that much easier :P

the VIA one auto-started too if i remember right
about the same amount of RAM usage too i think
(but the default VIA controller was kinda sucky) :P
they did have a vinyl audio controller that was ok though...
but still not as nice as the nVmixer

I have it (on VIA KM266 chipset lol) since the latest driver release.
It's in the contorl panel called vinyl audio or something like that.

yeah i downloaded the new drivers and it came with Vinyl Audio...It has a equalizer so i'm happy.. but with it can you change say mic to line out and vica versa? maybe it just because i have an old chipset, but never fear i'm getting a new computer in2 or so days
