Skins for Cs source?

Anyone know any sites with skins for CSS? Csnation doesn't have'em.. and having only one skin makes the game look really weird when your whole team is swarming together..

Hrrm.. searched over and can't find a comprehensible tutorial on where to actually put the skins. Does anyone know where I should place the skins?

put it in your cstrike/materials/models/ PLAYERS OR WEAPONS OR ETC....

weapon skins goes in weapon folder
player skins goes in player folder
