Border needed on gif

I can’t seem to get a straight boarder on this Av I made for another board. The line tool is set to some sort of snap to grid option in CS and it won’t go even on each side :unsure:

Here it is, I just want a thin(ish) black boarder on all 4 sides, could someone have a go plz? :unsure:
