I think its built in to VB so I dont think so but not sure.
I seems to remember this came up awhile back...

i always cancel it, I think most are afraid if they cancel the confirm it won't go through.

I find it rather annoying also and more stuff to delete from my box...

nope no way to turn it off from our options.
don't even think it would be in teh admin CP. someone would probably have to hack a file or something.

Just click cancel.

I agree it can get annoying. I looked in the admin CP and can't find anything. I'll have to ask around I guess
