hey all

was wondering if there's a software out there that can do this:

Monitor a certain folder for any file additions/updates and announce it in someform onto other computers connected to my network. When i mean announce, i mean just some sort of notification.

No, netlimiter sets bandwidth limits for downlodas and uploads on a system. What i want is completely different. It should monitor a folder on my system for any file additions, removals, or updations, and it should report it to other systems on my network.
