Recommend a CD-R tester

In the middle of a spindle, my Memorex CD-R's are suddenly not working. They eject and Nero says insert a blank disc. It's not Nero though b/c the WMP burner said the same thing. So is there a tester that some of you have used that will tell me if I have bad discs, if so please give your recommendations. Thx

WMP....now theres a trustworthy second opinion....LMAO :P
i have used memorex CD-Rs by the hundreds and never got coasters
if you have a lite-on burner, i think smartburn checks discs, cant remember
or yeah run em through cd/dvd speed in nero
