Although both 3DMark and Aquamark showed only minor improvements in overall frame rate, that's really the GPU's fault. Don't blame the processor. Blame the lousy NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200 GPU used in the Toshiba Satellite M30 notebook.
Well, he didn't overclock the GPU did he? He would have got the same result with any GPU if it was flat out in the first place. Duh. :frusty:

And why didn't he choose the version of ClockGen for the "Pentium M Motherboards" in the first place, it would have saved a lot of hassle in finding the right one.

Lord save us from "testers" who don't know what they are doing.

Not a very good guide. There isn't anything about watching those temps! Laptop design is very poor at dealing with heat. No use overclocking and burning out equipment is there?

Also, nothing is mentioned about the fact that battery life would be reduced. That's another important detail for laptops.
