Two moniters

How do I use two moniters for only one computer? My friend wants to know. :helpsmili

you need a video card with two outputs, or 2 video cards.
One video card will most liekly have to be a pci one if you want to use two seperate video cards (since most comps have just one agp port).

I believe there are adapters for this too... might save.. might be dangerous.

Thank you...that helps...lucky for me i have a pci video card in my spare parts box...and its awesome i now have 4 monitors on my cpu...dells have alot of pci ports...put i had to get rid of my printer pci card :( but its worth it. THANK YOU... :D

Btw, not only dells ahve a lot of pci slots, most motherboards have 4 or 5 slots on them. (unless it's a microATX board like mine) ;)

My microatx has 2 pci slots, 1 agp slot, and a cnr raiser slot (never used the cnr before, i think it's for networking/modem stuff though).

Microatx boards are basicaly just shorter boards for use in mini-sized cases. ;) not sure why I got one but oh well. :P

Yesh my two pc's each have 1 small slot to plug a modem into as well. Right at the bottem of the motherboard under all the AGP and PCI slots.
