If youve got a cable for your phone, you can do anything, flash the firmware, unblacklist it,, upload pictures, logos, ringtones, games, unlock it, reigon unlock, change networks etc
But you need the cable to do most of this stuff

Nokia Connectivity Cable DKU-2
A USB cable for connecting a compatible PC and Nokia phone. This cable supports the use of Nokia PC Suite software. It enables transfer and synchronization of different data types - for example calendar, phonebook, notes, to-do list -

Okay, where I am the type of phones is fairly limited, so if I was looking at GSM phones (we only have 2 networks here) I may be best to look at 1 model right (Nokia for example) and get the cable. What I want to do is bring some in from overseas to sell, so does this sound like the right way to do it.

Does anyone know an easy way to watch avi files on the Moto Q?

So far I've been changing the themes to stuff like these...

and making my own ringtones from own CD collection (and downloads).

The last thing is to be able to watch my TV shows and movies on it. HELP!!!

On some of the forums I've been on, IMEI hacking discussion is frowned upon. There might a legal issue with doing such a thing here.

I almost forgot that I haven't put Java games on my Q yet either. Does anyone else use their phone for that? The games I've seen for phones are great! (and I'm not talking those shit game that you download from service providers:dry:)

Think about it - if no one bought the stolen ones then a lot less would get stolen in the first place.

Oh, and no imei hacking discussions either.

I didn't know there was any problem playing .avi files, they should just open in Media Player, but now that I've tried I find I get a registry error. There's no problem with .wmv and .asf files though.
