One meg of RAM doesn't show up

Hey,

Recently for some reason 1 megabyte of memory doesn't show up in apps like the CDS from PC Gamer and CCleaner. It says I have 511 when I have a stick of 512. All 512 show up in system info and whatnot though.

Anyone know what gives?

It's perfectly normal, don't worry about it.

With some ram, and some systems it happens.

It doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with your RAM.
