As I recently played the consol classic for the 4th time ( love it to pieces) I have to say Im split between two favourite moments.
1. The FMV sequence when the Weapon attacks Junon Harbour and all the Shinra and coastal defences fire at it , eventully with that huge cannon blowing its head off.
2. Fighting the final sephiroth and crapping my pants when his Summon was that metor one where it shows the plants being ripped apart by his his hige metor.
Classic game and always will be. I advise anyone who hasnt got the game to get it as the storyline is ahead of our time in quality.

i haven't played that game in a few years and sadly i traded it away , also that was the last final fantasy game that i liked , the rest all just got too weird for me , anyways i like the part where you can buy your own house , and the music in that town just rocks too.

Yes.

I don't really have a favourite moment. It's a pretty solid game. It could've used more Vincent and Sephrioth, though.

I never liked Aeries. But Sephrioth was bad-ass. ;)

And it really is a shame they never really got into anything with Vincent. He, too, was bad-ass.
