I gues it exists.
But there are better programs for doing that such as ALcohol 120%.
Just click the "make image" button and it copies your cd to a file on your computer. Then setup a virtual drive (in the settings of alcohol 120%, i think it makes 1 drive when you install teh program (you can have up to 6)) and then go to my computer>right click teh virtual drive>click "mount image">browse to the image file that alcohol 120% made. Done.

you cna amke the image with nero but it's not as reliable as alcohol 120%.
You can't mount teh image with nero at all though...you'd still need a seperate program. ;)
