What does it mean when DLing a torrent file, and some the sources say "choked." Obviously those sources aren't uploading to me, but what's the difference between choked and uninterested. Is there anything I can do to start DLing from these sources?

Choked means that the user is already uploading to four (default) other users. Uninterested means that they/you do not currently have parts of the file you/they need.
