how do iorganise my start menu?

i want to put some of my start prog in to folders. i went start/setings/taskbar and start menu/start menu/customize/advanced.
on around ten progs show up so i organized these in to folders.

the thing is is that atleast 15 progs are not showing up..... where are they??
