how do i create tracks on a cd

i have got a 80min mix instead of it being one continous track when i play it on in a cd player.
i want it to be split up into 10 tracks so i can go directly to the middle of the mix cd without have to keep my finger on the fast forword buton for 30 sec

it is a complete mix so when i burn it it burns as 1 track-

usually there is a cue file included when they are like that

If thats so then burn the cue file with nero, nero will hang for a few minutes while it sorts it out, then it will burn the cd just like the retail version i.e. no gaps but all the track markers
