Cannot figure out how to use file???

Lets see. I dowloaded a game. When I open the folder that it downloaded into, I have 3 icons- CD1 CD2 and a system info icon. inside cd1 are a whole lot of winrar files. I go to the first 1 and double click it. Brings me to a .bin <> file that is 845 mb in size. I navigate back and open another win rar file, this one gives me two files, a .cue file 74kb in size, and a .bin file. both are generic icons. What can be done with them?
