Antec fans a very good. To find the size you need, just use a metric ruler and measure where it goes.

Failure or non-failure of a fan makes a big difference.

About being Vulcanized... The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few or the one.

ok this is a noob question but im just making shure, the fan has to be set up so it blows the air out of the case right? not in? and also the fan has a 3 pin connector that goes onto the mobo and a 4 pin connector, i hooked up the 3 pin 1 but the fan didnt fire up so i used the 4 pin and it works, but why doesent it work with the 3 pin?

doesn't matter what way... one will bring air into your case (intake) and one will pull air out.
Which way is better for you you'll have to find out for yourself...

not sure why the 3 pin connector doesn't work. It could be turned off in the BIOS, or jsut fried or something.

It's possible that the 3-pin motherboard connector is only meant to send the fan's RPM signal to the board, relying on the molex for power.

the 3 pin connector does work there was this stupid ass adpater (4 pin) that comes off and that 3 pin connector your left with works when hooked up to the mobo. The wire's a little short tho
