Do you see the gold colored card? That is a video card. If you buy a new one it would have to replace that one.

Yes, where you have the gold card is where you new graphics card would go. You just slip it in. Very easy. Make sure you get an AGP card.

"Asap", yea... Ok, I guess you learn new things every day.
About the vacuum, well that's why I opened the case, so now its done.
Anout the image, I made them so big so everything would be visible.
And AGP, yes, someone told me once that I sould check that, is AGP a conection tipe
or something like it, and last, does this mean that if I get, lets say, an ATI, my PC
will take it, or do I have to check the software.

ATI or nVidia graphics cards should work fine.

AGP stands for Accelerated Graphics Port. It's the type of slot on the motherboard.
You need a AGP card to fit it. Yes ATi has AGP cards and so does Nvidia.

After you install the card you will need to install the drivers (software) for your card.

Ive always wondered, what is the CNR (i think) for? The brown one that is at the bottom of the 2nd image.

The slot you have marked at the very bottom is a modem riser slot.
The slot you have marked higher up is a PCI slot.
I don't know what that other thing is that you've put a box around. My first thought was that its a piezo speaker but there's too many wires for that. Anyone know?

Is that not the southbridge?

I'm guessing this (http://www.ecsusa.com/products/pt800ce-a.html) is your mobo.....

LOL yeah, after looking closer I can see the wires just go over and past it (on Their way to front USB sockets).

What is the CNR slot for? :(

Its for the old type of standard modem, like 56k modems.

What is the CNR slot for? :(Communications/Network Riser.
The idea was to have a very cheap modem or network card with all the work actually done by the CPU via a software codec.

I've never actually seen one. Another defunct idea by Intel.

Communication Network Riser.

Are used for small (lower cost) add on modems or network cards.

On the right theres those two long strips and a small space inbetween, maybe half an inch.
Thats where you put the plastic explosive.
