task manager disabled!

i have been infected by trojan.moo(http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/trojan.moo.html)i am sure that this prob is because of it.

my taskmanager is disabled i have removed the virus now how do i enable it????

and i have a single user pc so im the admin!

Go to Run

type "gpedit.msc"

Look for something that has like disable task manger or something to that effect. Anyways I think this is the key you want:
