Is there anyway for me to host a game off of my computer and have like my friends in my neighboorhood or in the same town join it? I have condition zero..

Make a dedicated server and give him the IP of the server and have him join it.

How do i make a dedicated server? Well with Counter Strike: Source u have to download the Dedicated Server for CS off Steam in the tools section. Idk if Condition Zero is the same.
