what kind of secondary?
SATA or IDE?
if its an IDE, i like the Western Digitals
you should be able to get a 7200 RPM/8 MB buffered IDE for fairly cheap
those specs are pretty much standard now,
although you still see some 5400 RPM/2 MB buffered drives occaisonally
if youre lookin for SATA...

I highly suggest Seagate.
Seagate Barracuda's currently have 5 years Manufacturer's warranty compared to the others 3 years. They usually cost slightly more than Maxtor, but about the same or less than WD.
