Floating Squares!

Has anybody come across during playback of a video file, a box of 9 little squares that float around all over the screen? What the hell is this? Virus?Spyware?Windows Media player error? It sucks so bad! :angry:

Is this happening with all your video files or specifically just one? Sometimes that is a result of a bad rip, encoding or conversion of a dvd.
