has anyone got this? i installed it, try to start it but error msg comes up:

"no protection device connected"

can i get round this?

You need to install one of the things we aren't allowed to talk about here.

Look at folder names on the CD should give you some inspiration on what to do next.

So why do I have in my possession a copy of the H20 version of Cubase SX 3.0 for working on one of my uni modules? :rolleyes:

It will be limited....
But it is the best version to have if your gonna use it

I've had a few ask me about v3.0 so I had a look at the copy I had - Looks like it is v2.0 :( My apologies for those who had high hopes, I had thought it was 3.0 because I was looking for it recently for uni work :(

But I do stand by what I said before - If you need a copy of Cubase, look at the H20 "Try Before You Buy" version.

If you mean the version, I have the v2.2.0.33 edition.

If it's got a kick-ass tune included in the installation, that's the one :D
