my brother got family guy season 1 & 2 dvd's for christmas and i noticed there was only about 15 episodes on each but where i search on emule there are 21 for season 2

I've only seen it sold as season 1 and 2 on one disc and season 3 on the other in one box set.

Season 1 was short.
