I have the ATI 9800XT video card, What I want to do is get a new LCD Monitor. I want to get the ViewSonic VP201B 20.1" If I can handle it.

Or the ViewSonic VP912B 19"

Can my Video Card handle the 20" Monitor playing games like UT 2004 or Halo 2 ?
Or should I get the 19" because of the response time and It might be easier on my Video Card ?

Which would be the better Monitor for me ???

What do you mean "if it can handle it". The size of the screen doesn't matter to the video card.

The 20" is a higher resolution than the 19". I mean can the video card handle the increase in resolution while playing a fps game.

First, remember that same quoted size LCD has a bigger than view area than CRT for the same quoted size, so 19" LCD=20" CRT, 20" LCD=21" CRT.

Second, can all your games support the 1600x1200 resolution? If not you would have to run them at 800x600 to avoid pixel shifting, either way it will look comparatively poor.

Third, look here (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/showthread.php?t=92140) for more info about response times, you might be paying extra for performance you are not going to get.

Dead Pixels Policy: Replacement or Refund for 8 or more DEAD PIXELS ONLY! What sort of shit is this? That's worse than the warranty offered by most manufacturers, I wouldn't buy anything with that sort of restriction.
