I was told the exact opposite thousands of time ("don't shave your head, or you'll never find a job!").
And after a few months being unemployed, I've come to the conclusion that hair length doesn't change anything.

Guess it depends what kind of job you want, not advisable if you are going into a job where you will be working with the public. Although I've worked in shops with bright purple hair and it was more of a conversation piece than a problem.

That sounds like me and my hair. I put Non-lye relaxers in it that kinda helped (and didnt damage) and plus I dont put anything in my hair. No shampoo or conditioner. Just comb it. It makes me hair greasy but it also keeps it more controlled and less frizzy. :afro1:
