Found this and altered it slightly, but its pretty good, no google ads, no Flash , no nothing...
Download, and import using Adblock
Care to explain how you use it? :unsure:

If your a "firefox" user then navigate to "Tools"__>"Adblock"__.>Preferences...
Click on "AdBlock Options" and then select "Import", navigate to the file downloaded from my link, and select...
Doesnt get any easier than that.....

Thats pretty much what you do with 15%'s, and he has been updating it for the last 9 months for us so ner :P

Blocks lots off stuff, text ads included........
Dont know about the other link provided by 15%, as Ive never tried it,

Cool. I tend to use a third party ad blocker (works for IE to) to get adverts though and use ad block more as an image blocker.
