Does anyone know of any reliable freeware program (without the toolbars and spyware) that can help me manage my tousands of bookmarks in IExplorer, and maybe in FireFox too?

I know, it is a mess! I have bookmarks over a few years old. Every time I re-install windows, I have a backup of the bookmarks on a disk and keep adding on. I even update the bookmarks at work with a JumpDrive and take them home. The JumpDrive is very handy, and I haven't used my ZIP-Drive since.
