PeerGuardian 2 and Ares

I just started to download the butterfly effect off ares and i had a look on peerguardian and it said DoD Network Information Center. What does this mean and does it mean this isnt safe to download this file?

just means one of the peers sharing the file is located at the DoD Network Information Center
maybe a fake file or a file put out to track users or somthing

it has been blocked so ur ok
