private servers for WOW

Hey can anyone tell me how to play on the private servers cuz i cant get online and play but i cant find nething to help that will work for the new version of the game.

if im not mistaken... having the dvd wont matter since u need to have an account with blizzard. no account == no play :P

That's why he said PRIVATE SERVERS. You know, servers that are run by regular folk...

i found a copy of pirated Wow which says "World of Warcraft Offline". :P

i dont see how there are any private servers that will run wow stable.... but i seiorusly reccomend you buy the game. the game is so addicting!!

haha, my friend ran a private server but its missing somethings since they forgot to steal the rest of the server files so they had to emulate it? O.o

They don't "steal" the server files... They usually code the whole server from scratch from the information they get by customed made packet collectors.

Just wanted to get the story straight on private servers.

1st of all, I have never played on a official blizzard WoW server. Ive only played on private servers.

If you are linked to the underfround gamingf scene you can get a hold of a "front end" application that directs what realm your logging into when you "login".

Yes there are bs servers that are bugged and dont work, but there are just as many good servers around. And since the 1.8 upgrade, all of my usuall servers run somuch smoother.

Now. dont get me wrong, I am going to subscribe for normal online play, but its nice to still have that underground spot to kick it in.

If you really wanna do private gaming then goto this site and they will get you linked up in less than 10 miniutes.... lol thats considering you can follow the instructions correctly...

its cause people want to play for free. 15$ imo isn't a lot for a great game.

$15 per month now say you play the game for 1 year ( I still play Max Payne 2 and thats nearly 2 years old) so 12*$15 = $180

Now plus the $40 game thats $220 just to play for a year. Max Payne copst me $40 (Not really, i own a pirate copy but if i was to buy it then it would only be $40)

In my opinion the game doesn't offer enough value for money to be paid for, plus how am i supposed to know if i like it before i shell out my $40 for the same and then $15 for my first month, and then if i don't like it i can't return it because i've opened it and used the CD Key. So thats $55 down the crapper.

Plus people want to try before they buy

dude the private servers arent even with blizzard their hacked!!!!! blizzhackers made them i got one of them running go to www.blizzhackers.us and their have fun beshure to get the wowemu server its got the latest patches the other like wowwow they got like 1.3 patch its all free u go to a site and make one
