i need some good software that i can use to convert a tv series encoded in xvid onto a dvd video

edit: something that doesnt take hours would also be nice.

also is it fine to put about 250 minutes onto one dvd?
i tried nero vision express, is that any good?

VSO DivxToDVD (http://www.vso-software.fr/divxtodvd/divxtodvd.htm)
It's their last free version

And if it fits on the DVD I see no problems.
And Nero is the best burning program out there yes.

WinAVI converts to DVD format(bup, ifo, vob files), then just create a DVD using your favorite burning software. No need to author it, unless you want to.

livy, for no loss in quality and very short time to process
suggest you look at this http://www.mp3towav.org/dvdSanta/

for copying dvd with no loss and very short time to process
suggest you look at this http://www.softpedia.com/get/CD-DVD-Tools/Data-CD-DVD-Burning/Apollo-DVD-Copy.shtml

these sites have demos(dvd santa and apollo-dvd-copy) you can try and see if they meet your needs.---programs are 1 step and forget.

nero is ok, just use copy data disk for your tv shows...but you will need a divx
player like phillips462 http://www.divx.com/hardware/index.php?pb=2
