When I was installing a program which adds sites to search engines i got the error 'the file msvbvm60.dll cannot be found. Setup cannot continue' What is this file and where can I get it?

Many Visual Basic programs require the
VB40032.DLL, MSVBVM50.DLL, or the MSVBVM60.DLL
