Hint, save them as jpgs in the first place(I know you can do it, 'cos this one is a jpg^), if you save them as bmps they get that small when uploaded.

There should be a few free image converters out there tho'. You could run it through one of those after saving it as a bmp. Should only take a second or two.

But I never needed one so I don't know what is good.

I dunno', but it worked.

All I had to do was get those two filters, put them in the two folders he says to put them in, then get the four reg-files (read them, and they do exactly what they are supposed to do and nothing more as far as I can tell) and double-click them. And Voilá, easy as pie.

Took a screenshot of my desktop to test it.
