mass id3 tagging?

is there any programs out there that can do a huge batch of tagging? somewhat smartly also. all my mp3s have NO tags of any kind at all, and i'm thinking it might be smart to tag them all, but only if i can get some kind of a program that will mostly do it for me. does such a cool program exist? :ermm:
