In the english premership I'd say Cuddichini, most improved goalie of the season has to be Casey Keller.
And did'nt David James do well mid week?
2-0!!!! :D

dam england beating the great country that is turkey
rustu played very well in that match
he saved a unstopable beckham freekick
not many keepers can do that

That's just ludicrous. If he saved it then it wasn't unstoppable.

1-0 to JmiF there :D
And if Becks had got his freekick right NO KEEPER would've saved it and that included's Mr Rusty :D

he did get it right
rustu was just one step ahead of him
come on it was bottom left hand corner
most keepers would of let that in

also what about vassels point blank shot he saved
also he just played brilliantly
and the two goals that were let in were one a rebound
and the second a penalty
which i dont think any keeper whould of been able to save
rustur tried being smart and thought beckham was gonna do the same penalty like
the one against argentina

Nah m8 not having that ;)
I see Mr Beckham week in week out and if he had got it right Mr Rusty would not seen it let alone saved it,he normally shoves 'em in the top corners not the bottom where any keeper has a chance.

Oh and he's a bit pants on taking crosses i seem to remember

Been reading through this post and I have to agree it has to be Cudicini of Chelsea. Why has nobody bothered to spell his name right?? Given, Robinson and Buffon also rate highly on my list of keepers.

Rustu is shite, his judgement on crosses and set plays was suspect. He did make a couple of good saves though. What's with his bizarre make-up? Is he gay or a transvestite?

Hope England stuff the Turks in Istanbul in October. Dirty, fouling bastards! I just hope that if the Turkish fans start stabbing people (again!) that FIFA ban them from all competitions both at club and international level. They banned English clubs for FUCK ALL in the 1980's, so European clubs should be treated likewise.

:D

I seem to remember that the Juve fans were having it all over the stadium as well as the Scousers.
It was tragic that anyone lost their lives but it takes 2 sets of fans to have a kick off.
Why ban ALL English sides when it was only ONE set of fans that caused the trouble?? If so then UEFA or FIFA should ban ANY club that gets involved in serious crowd trouble. It may be no coincidence that English clubs at the time were winning loads of European competitions, maybe the "powers that be" decided to ban English clubs to stop their stranglehold on the competitions. The same people that rigged the draw for the 98 World Cup and gave France the easiest route to the Final of any World Cup. I could be biased though.
