volume control icon in my system tray

I used to get Volume control icon on my system tray. But I dont get it anymore.

If I want to Mute the volume, i have to go to Control panle > Sounds & Volume and do mute there.

HOW can I get the volume control icon back on my system tray

go to Control panel > Sounds & Volume -
mark - place icon in taskbar
ok

Then again you could always just do a volume adjustment by simply turning the sound down on your speakers also... but thats just me.
