is there a program i can use to see what motherboard i have? im only curious now because i want to compare it to others. i tried pcpitstop, it didnt really help. im sure you guys can help. so thanks for any info you can give :)

i think i may have found it, well they say use your bios to know. problem is, i cant find it anywhere, i googled, and came close, but it wasnt the right one. the number is 4J4NB0X115A0012P06 curiousity remains.

Click the motherboard specs in the program after downloading+installing+running it and it will say the amke and model of the board...

yeah, it found out in less than 2 seconds what i wanted to know for hours. summary, my mobo cant hold much, so no use trying to upgrade.

Just to add, i have found belarc very useful in the past
have only had a wrong display of the motherboard version once, out of a TON of computers tested
